These dimensions, which are interconnected, create the foundation for meaningful and lasting change.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><p><strong>1.Ensure that leadership drives the change.<\/strong><\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><p>Leaders must actively champion ZBB, explaining its purpose and benefits while modeling cost-conscious behaviors. To demonstrate commitment, executives can lead by example\u2014such as voluntarily forgoing certain privileges\u2014to reinforce the importance of the initiative.<\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><p><strong>2.Show that ZBB is about more than cost-cutting.<\/strong><\/p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><p>To gain employee buy-in, ZBB must be positioned as a strategic enabler rather than merely a budgeting exercise.
